1) A basic consignment fee of $5.00 will be charged to each consignor. The consigned price of an item will be agreed upon by management and consignor at the time of drop off.

2) All items will be kept for a period of 6 months, with 10-50% markdowns taken after that time. Markdowns depend on the consignor, condition, season, and demand for the item.

3)You will receive a check monthly (mailed on the 5th of each month) for 65% of the proceeds of tack, equipment, and horse themed items sold in the previous month and 80% of saddles . Checks will be issued for amounts in excess of $25.00. Any amount below $25.00 will accrue until the following month’s check.

4)At the end of the 6 month consignment agreement all unsold merchandise will be expected to be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made between management and consignor. If items are not picked up they will be donated to a horse related charity.

5) All merchandise must be brought in or picked up by our pick-up service by appointment only.

6) Clothing and merchandise must be in very good condition and clean. Leather must be oiled and supple without any mold or dry rotting. Blankets must be clean and without holes or missing buckles unless priced to reflect the damage. A $5.00 charge will be issued to the consignor if items need to be cleaned.
